At the beginning of the practice, we have 10 minutes of very gentle bodywork. This helps clear the body of energy blockages and toxins that accumulate during sleep when we remain still.
Yes, breathwork (pranayama) is an important element of the sessions. We use specific techniques (mainly Nadi Shodhana) to calm the nervous system, increase focus, and balance the function of the left and right hemispheres of the brain.
